Process Books Made with InDesign

This is a passion project I started during the pandemic. This is a work in progress and far from complete, even after adding and editing for two years. I need to edit the colors, update pictures, add more stories, and fix recipes. But this is a book I turn to daily. The recipes are from my Italian mom and grandmother (never writing anything down), my American grandmother’s recipe box, and recipes we’ve collected over time.

One of my favorite projects. See description on this project page: Sweet Sammy’s

I make brand guides for customers when I create logos or websites. This is one for SBL, a Squirrel Furniture company. During the pandemic lockdown, this family spent their time creating fun furniture, and their business took off! My furry outdoor friends are delighted with their new dining set-ups!

My process book for my portfolio class. The original was created in MS Word. I couldn’t do it! I had to make one in InDesign. This was a quick project done the day before the entire project was due. This was when I knew I loved working with InDesign. The whole story of this journey is located HERE

My final portfolio class deliverable was a print version of my original portfolio, and I created this with InDesign.

One of my logo design brand and identity manual. This was a fun exercise because of the adorable pet pictures.

My restaurant marketing manual for a branding project.
